What is Colloid?

Colloid is a European skincare brand created by scientists and dermatology experts with a focus on healthy, balanced skin.

Each formula combines silver ions (Ag⁺) known for their antibacterial and skin-repairing properties with Coenzyme Q10, panthenol, vitamins, and natural oils to support daily skin regeneration.

Every Colloid product is clinically tested and produced in Europe under ISO, GMP, and HACCP-certified standards, ensuring safe, effective, and science-backed skincare for all skin types.

How should I use Colloid products?

Colloid skincare is designed to fit easily into your daily routine: morning and night.
For the best results, follow these simple steps:

  1. Cleanse: Start with the Silver Glove and Micellar Water to gently remove makeup and impurities without drying your skin.
  2. Revitalize: Active Serum to refresh and protect your skin barrier.
  3. Moisturize: Finish with the Day or Night Cream to deeply hydrate and support natural regeneration.

All Colloid formulas are lightweight, non-irritating, and suitable for all skin types, making them perfect for everyday use.

Can I combine Colloid products with other skincare brands?

Yes, Colloid products are gentle, dermatologically tested, and formulated to work well with most skincare routines.

You can safely combine them with other brands, as long as you avoid layering multiple products that contain active ingredients (like acids or retinoids) at the same time.

For the best results, use Colloid as your core skincare routine, and introduce other products gradually to see how your skin responds.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all safety seals intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How do i change my account email address?

You can easily update your email in a few steps:

  1. Log in to your account on justeco.store
  2. Go to Account Settings → Personal Information.
  3. Click Edit Email, enter your new address, and confirm the change.

Once updated, you’ll receive a confirmation email at your new address.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order in real time.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s progress.

You can also log in to your account at any time and view the current status under My Orders.
